Remember: effort ≠ reward

Get off the content treadmill.

Forget trying to hit a target word count.

Abandon that crazy publishing goal.

You can do more with less.

Here are three great strategies that are working for me:

1. Build a library of your greatest hits

Once a week, go into your analytics.

Find the posts that got the most comments or engagement.

Note the topic, hook, and publishing date.

Add these to a Google Sheet, a Notion database, or even the Notes app on your computer.

Every few weeks, go back and reuse that piece of content.

Update your hook.

Add a new insight.

Include a stronger call to action.

2. Create one BIG content asset

Spend 2-3 hours creating one meaty piece of content weekly or monthly.

You could write a long blog post or a newsletter.

Or you could script a YouTube video.

Go deep into one topic.

Now, take that meaty piece of content.

And chop it up.

Turn the long-form video into 2-3 reels.

Edit parts of your newsletter into shorter posts that you can schedule.

Publish those on X or LinkedIn.

Take a photo of the ones that do well.

Share them on Instagram as photos.

3. Comment on bigger accounts

So you don’t know what to create or write about online.

I faced that problem as well.

Follow 3-5 top creators in your niche.

Write thoughtful comments on their latest posts.

Now, you’re getting in front of their audience.

You’re building a relationship with a bigger creator.

And you’re researching what types of content perform.

Then, you can go ahead and write about the same topics.

You’re doing all this…

And your comments work as content for LinkedIn, X or your network of choice.

Remember, smart content creators do more with less.

So be strategic.
