I built niche websites for years

I built them for years.

And I earned multiple six figures from this business model.

I recommended this business model to other writers.

I was even offered 6 figures for one site.

And 7 figures for another.

But it all crashed and burned.

In 2024, I quit the niche website game.

Building niche websites WAS a great model for writers and bloggers.

Not anymore.

5. Social media platforms are using AI too

I’ve abandoned most of my content websites.

I picked a different business model.

So what am I doing now?

I’m doubling down on my newsletter.

I’m doubling down on coaching, copywriting and client work.

I’m writing what AI can’t.
