Big update on my local newsletter

I launched a local newsletter in Ireland this year as a side business. Leinster Insider rounds up events and activities in Leinster, Ireland. I run the newsletter on Ghost and write 1–2 editions a week.

I experimented with a few monetization models for this new local business, including resources, planners, and insider content.

I didn’t want to lean too heavily into subscriptions or low-ticket offers. That’d only increase my workload without any revenue payoff.

So, I decided to offer services to local businesses.
