The content multiplication system that saved me 10+ hours a week
Last month, I spent 5 minutes writing a Substack note that outperformed lead magnets I'd spent days creating. The note went viral, attracting over 1,000 likes, shares, and comments. It brought hundreds of new subscribers to my list without costing me a cent in ad spend. But here's what most creators don't know: I cheated. I didn't write my note from scratch. I took an idea from my daily newsletter, fed it into my custom Claude Project, and spent 3 minutes editing the output. What would have been a 45-minute writing job became a 5-minute task. This isn't about being lazy. It's about being smart with your creative energy. The net is a noisy place, and we’re not in school. To succeed with your content strategy these days, you need an edge I love writing my daily newsletter, but I’ve far less creative energy for content repurposing. And this is from a guy who operated like a word wrangler for years. I obsessively counted daily output, forcing myself to work on the content creation assembly line. I'd write something once, then painfully rework it 10 different ways for different platforms…. because Gary Vee said so. Creating content this way doesn't scale. Every new platform becomes another job. Another drain on your creative energy. I can find time to experiment with different content formats, and it’s a big part of my job. (That said… I’m still traumatized from when I tried repurposing my daily newsletter as short-form video for the Gram.) But I’ve met many business owners who can only spend an hour or two a week creating and publishing content. They’re too busy selling products and helping clients to figure out the nuances of every platform. That's why I developed the Content Multiplier—a system that lets you create once and distribute everywhere without losing your voice. Content repurposing isn't about churning out generic AI drudge. It's about amplifying YOUR ideas across multiple platforms while maintaining your creative voice. In my upcoming workshop, I'll show you exactly how I:
This system doesn't just save time—it creates opportunity. While everyone else is word-wrangling, you can develop offers, work with clients, or even train for an Ironman in Spain (like I did). I can show you how to work like a Chief Idea Officer instead of a word-counting machine. I’ll do it on The Content Multiplier workshop this Thursday. The workshop runs live. Recordings are for ticket holders only. Register here |
