Last month, I spent 5 minutes writing a Substack note that went viral - attracting over 1,000 likes, shares, and comments. It brought in hundreds of new subscribers to my list, outperforming some of my older lead magnets. Some Substack writers publish 5–10 short, punchy notes daily that consistently rack up thousands of shares. I’d wager their lists are growing nicely, too.
