I built an AI bot for content creators

Hi Reader,

I geeked out on building a ChatGPT bot.

This bot helps me plan a month of content in a few minutes.

Let’s say I’m creating content for a new client.

I’ll spend a few minutes thinking about their ideal reader or customer, like STEM teachers or coffee shop owners.

I put the ideal reader into Content Wizard.

This bot presents me with this ideal reader’s problems and desires.

Then, it suggests a piece of content I can create to address each one of these problems.

It does this for each day of the month.

Content Wizard puts the results in a table I can quickly browse.

I pick the best ideas and write that content for social media.

It’s a creative constraint that cuts down ideation time.

Now…

I don’t use Content Wizard (or any other AI tool) to write my emails or social media content.

Nobody wants to read bland, boring AI content.

I block and unsubscribe from creators who generate emoji-packed, jargon-filled AI content.

But AI is great for ideation and analysis.

It’s like the writing assistant we all need but can’t afford.

In the video below, I explain how I built my bot.

Now…

Content Wizard is just one of the AI tools I use daily. I don’t use content from these bots verbatim, but they help me with different parts of my content business.

I’m running a workshop early in September about using AI to Create Content that Converts. We’ll cover bots, prompts, and what you should and shouldn’t do with AI.

Tickets cost $97. If you’d like one in advance, reply ā€œBOTā€ to this email.

Write on,
