How I Repurpose One Email into 10+ Pieces of Content

Hi Reader,

I'm going to give you a simple strategy for repurposing your content.

And you can do it with AI.

This strategy saves me hours of time every week.

Not only that but it gives me plenty of opportunities to take content that I've written and improve it.

It's something that I would have paid someone to do a few years ago.

But now it's possible with AI because I've spent a couple of hours training it to write and work like I do.

Here's how my strategy works.

Once per day, I write and send a daily email to subscribers of my email list.

I can write about what's happening in my business.

I can write about creating content online.

I can also write about how I'm helping clients.

I write a 400 - 500 word email with a clear offer.

However, repurposing that content for social media, while a smart strategy, can turn into a full-time job.

Who has time to create dozens of Tweets, Facebook posts, LinkedIn posts, Pinterest pins and so on?

Not me.

That was until I built my own bot with AI.

My emails are what you call medium-form content.

I spend about 30 minutes writing one of these emails.

It has a good headline, a story that relates to my business or whatever I'm working on and then some takeaways or insights for subscribers.

Finally it has a clear offer which helps me bring in income and grow my business.

Now, rather than creating loads of content for social media based on the email to grow my list of subscribers, I simply repurpose this email.

Hi Reader, I started my email list years ago on MailChimp. I quickly discovered that monkey-branded piece of software is best for e-comm brands. I moved to Kit and spent dozens of hours testing parts of my newsletter, including subject lines, content formats, and segmentation. Oh, how I geeked out on segmentation. Most of these types of tests did little for my business. Take list segmentation It's a powerful strategy for some creators. But, it's also a black hole of hard work. I got sick and...

A pile of newspapers stacked on top of each other

Hi Reader, Most creators and business owners are chasing the latest AI tools and bots for content ideas. After dropping the kids off at school, I spend ten minutes reading an odd website from the 1990s: the Drudge Report. Matt Drudge set up the gossipy news aggregation website in 1995… before Google. It still attracts nearly one hundred million visitors every month. If you ever wasted hours agonizing over the look and feel of your newsletter or personal website, the Drudge Report looks the...
